Speech Language Pathologist

  • • Complete Evaluations & Treatments

    • Attend or complete IEP meetings

    • Communicate/Consult with team members regarding student progress

    • Record evaluations, complete daily treatment notes, complete attendance logs

    • Report writing

    • IEP writing

  • • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about

    and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients

    • Experience with working with children with a variety of disorders and deficits

    including but not limited to language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum

    Disorder

    • Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)

    • Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven

  • • Must possess a master’s degree from an accredited speech language pathology program

    • Current and unrestricted SLP licensure (by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers) to work in the state of California

    • If you are in the process of relocating to California and your licensure in the state of CA is in process or will be in process, this is OK as well.

    • Most possess Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical abilities include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision.
