  • Charges for services will be applied to the credit card on file 23 hours before the session begins, in accordance with our 24hr cancellation policy. An invoice will be sent to you via email.

Scheduling

  • You can schedule a free informational call with our customer service team, or book an appointment by calling one of our locations directly.

  • To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact your clinic directly via phone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the card on file being charged for out-of-pocket payments. If you or your child miss scheduled appointments more than 3 times, you will no longer be eligible to be an Ensemble patient.
