In-Clinic BCBA Lead

Cassidy Seals is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her master's degree from Ball State University and has been in the field since 2017. She began as a Registered Behavior Technician, before becoming a Case Manager, BCBA, and now holds the current role of In-Clinic Lead BCBA at Ensemble Therapy. Since beginning in the field, she has developed a passion for working with the neurodivergent population by continuing to expand her knowledge through professional education and working within the community. She strives to provide behavior therapy to our clients, focusing on child-led, strength-based, and compassion-based services to build a neuro-affirming ABA program. Cassidy believes in working with the client and family to develop a system of support that understands and accommodates needs based on each individual client.
